Where is the best place to put the ATM in my premises?
CashmyATM can help you determine the best location for your ATM in your premises subject to Council, security and serviceability requirements. It is recommended that the ATM be installed in a secure part of your premises, in an area that is well lit, clearly visible and easily accessible by all customers. Following this will greatly assist in ensuring high usage and increased transaction volumes from your ATM.

What do I need to provide for my ATM?
If you can provide a safe and visible location, a power socket and a phone line, CashmyATM can provide the rest subject to Council, security and serviceability requirements.

Can CashmyATM put cash in the ATM for me?
CashmyATM can offer different funding options to meet your specific requirements. You can either have a fully funded ATM service, where we provide the cash for your ATM; alternatively you can self-fund the ATM, where you supply the ATM with cash. Your CashmyATM Regional Account Manager can help you determine the best funding solution for you and your business.

Why do I need to insure the ATM?
It is industry-standard to insure your ATM against fire, theft, and malicious damage and to have public liability insurance. In our experience, most customers have been able to add an ATM onto their existing contents insurance policy, however you should discuss this directly with your insurance provider. Please note that CashmyATM Australia Limited must be noted as an interested party on the insurance policy.

What kind of signage will I receive?
Improving the exposure to customers of the ATM on your premises to customers has the potential to increase overall transaction volumes and revenue for your business. As part of your CashmyATM solution, we provide you with signage so customers can easily locate the ATM on your premises. How long does it take to deliver and install my ATM?
Every ATM installation is different and has many variables subject to Council, security and serviceability requirements. A typical installation can take anything from four to eight weeks to complete. CashmyATM will work with you to deliver and install your ATM in a timeframe that meets your requirements.

What if I sell the business before the contract period is finished?
In most cases, if an ATM is shown to be performing well and is an asset to the business, new owners are likely to accept the existing contract as part of the sale. It is recommended that if you are selling your business, then you discuss making the acceptance of the existing ATM contract a pre-requisite of sale, with your legal advisor. If you are looking to sell your business, we suggest that you contact your Regional Account Manager to discuss your specific circumstances.
